This notice explains, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698), how FinPaddle Fethiye processes the personal data we collect.

Data We Collect

  • Identity: Full name (for booking and Coast Guard reporting).
  • Contact: Phone, email (booking confirmation and follow-up).
  • Location: Your requested beach point (for delivery, not stored).
  • Payment: Only payment type (cash/card/transfer). Card data goes to bank POS, we don't see it.
  • Health (optional): Only what you declare (e.g. swim level, pregnancy) — for safety check.

Purposes

  • Booking and delivery process
  • Legal obligations and Coast Guard reporting
  • Guest support and complaint handling
  • Legal retention (tax, invoice)

Retention Period

Booking records are kept 2 years after season end. Accounting data required by law is kept up to 10 years. After that, physically and digitally destroyed.

Sharing With Third Parties

Your data is not shared without your explicit consent. Exception: requests from legal authorities (Coast Guard, court, tax office).
