Booking & Delivery
How do I book?
WhatsApp is fastest — +90 552 164 76 74. Send name, beach location and time, we confirm in minutes. Phone or form also work.
How far in advance should I book?
Sunrise (06:00–09:00) and sunset (19:00–22:00) slots fill fastest. One day ahead is fine for weekdays; 2–3 days ahead for weekends.
Do you really deliver to the beach?
Yes. Free delivery for Fethiye centre and Çalış. We arrive on time with inflated board, vest, paddle and leash.
Which beaches do you deliver to?
Free: Çalış Beach, Fethiye centre, marina area. Other Fethiye spots (Ölüdeniz, Ovacık, Hisarönü) — small distance fee. Ask on WhatsApp.
Safety & Age
I can't swim — can I rent?
No. Swimming ability is required for safety. Vest is included, but basic swimming in sea conditions is mandatory.
Can I bring my child?
Under 14 may ride as a passenger on an adult board. 14–18 with parental consent. 18+ solo.
Is there a weight limit?
Maximum 120 kg. Hard limit for equipment safety.
Pregnant — can I use it?
Early term (up to 12 weeks) with doctor's approval. We don't recommend it later.
What if I get hurt?
All guests are insured with vest and leash. In serious cases, Fethiye State Hospital is 4 minutes away.
Pricing & Payment
Are prices clear? Hidden fees?
Single price the whole season: 1 hour 500₺, half day 1,200₺, full day 2,000₺. Vest, paddle, leash, briefing and beach delivery included. No hidden fees.
Any discounts?
Automatic 10% off for 3 or more boards.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash (₺ or €), credit card (mobile POS at the beach) and bank transfer/EFT. Receipt or invoice for all payments.
Do you require an ID card or deposit?
Yes. We hold either your ID card or a cash deposit — whichever you prefer. Both are returned when the board is handed back.
Cancellation policy?
Customer cancellations free up to 24 hours in advance. If weather turns bad, we postpone or refund for free.
Weather & Location
What if the weather turns bad?
If wind or waves are unsafe, we postpone for free. If the Coast Guard issues a warning, we don't go out — refund is also an option.
What's the best hour?
For beginners morning 06:00–09:00 (mirror sea, zero wind). For photos evening 19:00–22:00 (sunset). Midday can be windy.
Can I go out in rain?
Light rain on flat sea — yes. Lightning — absolutely no, metal paddle in the sea is dangerous.
