By renting SUP from FinPaddle Fethiye or using this site, you accept the terms below. We've written them in plain language.

Service Description

FinPaddle Fethiye offers mobile SUP (Stand Up Paddle) board rental on Fethiye centre and Çalış beach. Included: board, paddle, life vest, leash, briefing and beach delivery. Rental duration depends on package.

Age & Eligibility

• 18+ may rent solo.
• 14–18 with parental consent and supervision.
• Under 14 only as a passenger on an adult's board.
• Swimming ability is mandatory — you declare it.
• Maximum weight 120 kg (equipment safety).
• No board issued under influence of alcohol or drugs.

Guest Responsibilities

• Follow the briefing rules.
• Keep vest and leash on at all times in the sea.
• Don't enter buoyed swim areas with SUP.
• Don't damage equipment (normal wear excepted).
• Be at the agreed pickup point on time.

FinPaddle Fethiye Responsibilities

• Deliver CE-approved, well-maintained gear (board, paddle, life vest, leash).
• On-time delivery in suitable weather.
• Quick support in unexpected safety situations.
• Meet legal obligations (Coast Guard reporting, tax/invoice records).

Risk & Disclaimer

SUP is a watersport done in open sea and carries inherent risk. The guest declares acceptance of briefing rules and proper equipment use. FinPaddle Fethiye is not liable for damage caused by guest's rule violation, lack of swimming ability or negligence.

Weather & Cancellation

On Coast Guard warning or unsafe weather we cancel, postpone for free or refund fully. Customer cancellations free up to 24 hours in advance; after that 50% may apply.

Equipment Damage

Normal wear is not the guest's responsibility. Intentional damage (deliberate scratch, missing part, lost paddle) is reimbursed at market value — board ~15,000₺, paddle ~2,500₺, vest ~800₺.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes from these terms fall under Fethiye Courts and Enforcement Offices. Turkish Republic law applies.
